sandy water - bacteria bloom

I made a water change and this is what got :thumbsdown:

i also changed my activated carbon bag around those days so i dont know what is going on here :c

the water is clear but full of that whit particles

any comment?

Sounds more like sand blowing around or microbubbles(caused by a pump or power head sucking air) to me.

Was your salt mixed up good when you did the water change?
