Sea Apple Dying

So i have just added a Sea Apple to my Aquarium. I have read alot about them so am not here regarding info about the poisonous ending they can have. What i do want to know is how to spot if it is dying or just died. They dont move at all if they are not feeding and dont feed during the day if they are getting enough food so i'm just worried that if it did ever die how i would even know to take it out before it nukes everything?
