    Captive care – The sea apple requires a large established tank. It will roam the aquarium until it finds a place it likes, usually in an area of high flow. Cover all intake pipes to prevent the sea apple from being sucked in. They require pristine, stable water conditions, and small amounts of nitrates or metals are toxic to them.
