Sea hare insides coming out..help

Hi All
Does anyone know what my sea hare is doing. it is very still, looks dead and From the hole on it's back there is orange and white stuff coming out.It looks like the stuff has come out of the hole on it's back and settled between the there and the hole ot the bottom end. My cleaner shrimps have been on it (I have kept them off for the time being). I am worried, It looks like its insides are coming out. I have spoken to the my local aquarium and they say this is normal, but I'm not so sure.

How long have you had it, and do you have enough bryopsis/algae in your tank to support it?

Are you sure it's not pooping? It poops out of a hole in its back.

It's dead! Dead as a dodo!.... Tested my water. Water parameters are all perfect. I really don't know what happened. The cleaner shrimps were on it.

Amonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, phosphate, calcium, salinity, PH. I just can't fingure out what happened.

what was your salinity and ph? ammonia is directly effected with the Ph and the amount of free base ammonia and ammonium present it can oxides or be reduced depending on the relation.
