Sebae Anemone

How do I know if my anemone is dying? Water parameters are all fine but he's not looking good. His tentacles are shrivled up and he's laying on his side. Tryed to set him up but he rolls over on his side.

If he is on his side, he's dying :( They need to stay attached to something (rock, substrate, etc) to live. I'd take it out before he spoils your tank.

Sebaes are very difficult anemones to keep. They do not do well in new tanks (less than a year old).

It is possible that it could poison the water when it dies by releasing toxins.
Your tank is large so it is probably not going to kill everything. You might consider running a large amount of carbon.

As biff mentioned sebae anemones are very difficult to keep and should stay in the ocean they are just very very sensitive to water quality and need very strong lighting.

What does the mouth look like on the anemone? is it gapping? if it is there is nothing that you will be able to do to save it.

I also agree with the difficulty of them. Is this a mature tank of at least a year old? They need that to survive.
