sexy shrimp

I'm planing on getting 7 of them. Anything special I need to know that I might not have read about. And what does anyone know about there breeding in captivity. Will they breed in my tank. Like is it possable for like 7 sexy shrimp to turn into 20. Thanx

I have had about 6 of them for about 8 months now. Cute and fun little things. Don't know about the breeding though.
