Should I add corals before fish?

Corals dont really matter as far as bio load goes, but I would not add them until after your cycle is complete. After that, it doesn't really matter

I generally recommend having fish in there first cause corals generally do better with a little fish poo....

The slower the better. I've always added fish first but that's because they have tended to be hardier than corals and can survive small mistakes early on. The corals aren't as hardy (although mushrooms seem indestructible) and I've lost more than one due to issues when getting the system stable. I'm not saying that you should subject your fish to crazy conditions, only that in my system they have survived my errors.
I would only add corals when you are positive the system is stable and then I would only one or two at a time to make sure the system is acceptable. It would be terrible to add 5 or 6 corals and lose them all due to an unknown problem.
