Six line wrasse belly looks weird?

Okay, prepare to laugh. My 6 line's belly looks like a balloon molly's belly. Just weird. He has looked like this for a week or so. He's eating fine. Very active. Should I be concerned? He is very difficult to get a good picture of or to catch for that matter. I would like to get him out and put in some fairy wrasses, but that has been an impossible tasks.

What about trying to set a trap for him? Use a 2L bottle of Soda, cut the top off, then stick it in (reversed so the top is inside) and put some food in it, after a little while he'll get curious and go in and try and eat. Attach some string to the sides of it, and once he's in there, pull it out fast. Wish ya the best of luck! :)
