Jan 25, 2011 #1 B brian762 Reefing newb I am supposed to pick up a cleaner shrimp today and i checked my water and my saltinity is at 1.019. as long as i acclimate him and steadily raise it, will it cause a problem?

Jan 25, 2011 #2 Smitty Reef pro Inverts don't tend to do well in a salinity that low. I'd hold off getting the shrimp for now and raise your salinity up first.
