snowflake eel with red dotty erosions

ernie my snowflake eel is 8 and eating fine. however, he recently developed these red spots (3mm) that look like skin erosions. there are bristle worms in the tank. the fish are fine (3 clowns, baby emporor angel). can't find any anwers so far.

It wouldnt be from the bristle worms, they only eat dead and dying animals. It might be fish tuberculosis, but im not really sure either
