Some bugs and stuff in my BioCube, good or bad?

Just looking for some answers on what they are. They are magnified 60x. In the second picture, in the sand (yes that is sand) right side there is a worm that is slouched over the second piece of sand in opaque and light brown line.

just pods...good sign of healthy tank.. and the worm in the sand is prolly gonna be a spaghetti worm which are fine too.

Those pods will also be a natural food source for your fishies, particularly gobies. Many species of gobies will scour your tank all day (and sometimes night) long for those little bugs!
