How long are SPS Sweep Tentacles? I'm trying to fit some into my tank.

Very small. 2-3 mm I would say.

I think the only SPS which actually puts out any sweepers in the hydnophora.sp and there is a debate on whether the hydnophora is an SPS or LPS. Hydnophora sweepers can easily reach a coral 6" away. The longest polyps on an SPS is probably on the acropora millepora/prostrata. They can extend up to a 1/2" or so.
