Stand Pipe

Ok....so I can't drill the bottom of my new tank. Is it plausible to drill the back and do a modified stand pipe to go out the back instead of the bottom?

Should be as long as its not tempered and you have the tools.

Yes, many people have their tanks drilled on the side instead of the bottom.
