Star Fish Removal

Jellyman needs to know how to get the 6 legged star fish out of his tank. Is there anything that will eat them or does he have to get his hands wet and do it manually? He is also wandering if they eat corals. If not what other predator will?

Yes many will eat corals as they are opportunistic feeders, and yes he either needs to get his hands wet and take care of them using tweezers or get a harlequin shrimp to do so for him :D.

I would leave them in. I have over 100 Asterina starfish in my reef tank and they never eat or even are on the coral...only the live rock.

Yeah but this is Jelly we're talking about. If something can go wrong in his tank, it will ;). He seriously has the worst luck ever. Like all his corals and fish mysteriously disappearing overnight...

He also said he saw some medussa worms, but from what I read, if thats what he realy saw, they won't eat corals. They may kill them but won't eat them.

The mantis trap hasn't caught anything and the bait is still in there.
