Starting over after 3 years....

Have a question for all of you smartie's out there....

Like the title reads, I am going to completely tear my 150 down and start over after 3 years of running. I am going to re-do my wood stand and replace the rock that I have with some beautiful Fiji rock that I was lucky enough to stumble upon for CHEAP. The rock is base rock but I plan on seeding it with live rock.

I have about a 3 inch sandbed...refugium, skimmer, the works...

All is running well but I need to re-do my wood stand and my plumbing.

No coral..just fish that I will transfer to my smaller tank in the next room.

How can I start the tank again with no cycle? ideas? Little help?

Get a huge plastic countainer and store most of the original water in it with heater and power head. Treat that container of water just like if it was still set up as a dt. Ones your new set up is finished just attach everything back up and use most of the original water as possible and as much live rock as possible.
