they are a vermicide(SP) snail they are harmless

Vermetid snails-an actual snail that lives in a tube.They use those cobwebs to reel in food particles out of the water column.Harmless,unless the webs irritate the corals preventing them from opening.

I also have them on my LR and power heads and skimmer but I dont have any on my glass??? Ive also herd there harmless but havn't seen any thing come out of them Day or Night and oh ya I've also started noticing some on my margatreta snails LOL....Art
