strings coming out of my shrooms

    This is a questin I can answer. Don't know if it has been answered yet but here is what it is. That is the mushrooms stomach and it is the way the mushroom protects itself. Types little stringey looking things are stingers to protest it from something that might hurt it. Also in some cases my mushrooms do that when they split. But don't wiry it is not a bad thing.

    My best guess is that those are some type of sweeper tentacles. I seen them come out of some of my corals when I never had seen them before. I wouldn't be to concerned. All corals are different in subtle ways.
