Well it's that time of year again. My little town now has 80,000+ people all trying to get into Bonaroo at the same time. Talk about a mess. Can't drive anywhere near the place. Forget it if you live near it just hope you left town in time. Worst is it's right in the middle of my backroad routes to town so I can't even skip the traffic by taking them. I must be getting old too as 10 yrs ago I would be right there in line with em.

If I was younger I would be there too.The thought of me being out there sweating and dirty out in a field for days without AC.I wonder how many people are going to die this year?It happens every time.

    Thanks Biff. :(

    Sounds neat.

The Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival is a four-day, multi-stage camping festival held on a beautiful 700-acre farm in Manchester, Tennessee every June. Bonnaroo brings together some of the best performers in rock and roll, along with dozens of artists in complementary styles such as jazz, Americana, hip-hop, electronica, and just about any contemporary music you can think of. In addition to dozens of epic performances, the festival's 100-acre entertainment village buzzes around the clock with attractions and activities including a classic arcade, on-site cinema, silent disco, comedy club, theater performers, a beer festival, and a music technology village. For its peaceful vibe, near-flawless logistics, and unrivaled entertainment options, Rolling Stone magazine named this revolutionary entertainment experience one of the 50 moments that changed the history of rock and roll.

I'm with DCan..Before I started reading I thought I was going to see a cute picture. And since I didn't get to see it, I'll add it myself.

Luckily enough for me thanks to Google..She's kinda hot. Poor woman, doesn't even know that her likeness just got posted on a fish forum for eternity.

I wonder if these activities are outside or in a close building? In either case, you will either sweat to death from all the heat and humidity or pass out from all the funk in the air from being in a closed building with people who hasn't showered for days.

I was wondering after I read that, just what is a silent disco? Do people just hum to themselves while they dance or what. :dunno:

I just pray for these kids that Odwalla has a tent there. It saved Biff and my life several times

Hahaha! The Odwalla Tent! If more people knew about that place, it would have been packed.

A dark, cool, air-conditioned tent that serves free all-you-can-drink Odwalla juice. Pure heaven when it's 100 degrees outside without a cloud in the sky! We sometimes planned our stage routes around trips to the Odwalla tent.
