I don't know the quality of the skimmer, but I would put live rock in place of the bioball if you can. Over time they will give off nitrates, because they are a pain to clean.

that's not a bad price since it comes with everything. like yote said, just be sure it will fit under you're stand.

Would be a lot cheaper to make your own. It's realy not that big.
