Im building my first sump refug out of a 40 long tank the way im setting it up is skimmer will be in the overflow on left then return to display in middle with 20 gallons of refug my ? Is is do i actually need any type filter other than a filter sock for my sump refug im running a drain from display into both the area being skimmed and into refug any info or feed back is greatly appreciated
