The general consensus would be to replace those bio-balls with live rock, as the bio-balls have the potential to become nitrate traps. For macro like Cheato (the best macro) you need a light over it, preferably running on the opposite schedule as your main display lights.

EDIT: Ninja'd by BL1!

So is that a yes..i have the light for the micro algea..u dont think it needd its own chamber..its own space..sorry for my spelling

Honestly I can't really tell what's going on in that thing as far as space.
Looks like a wet/dry filter. Ideally you need a refugium which is one partition (or space) in the sump. The most common is a 3-section sump. Skimmer/Fuge/Return... not necessarily in that order but that's probably the most common.

I think you should take out the bioballs and have that section be for your skimmer. The the second one for your fuge and return.

i have another sump..but i made that one..its not the best sump ever but i think it helps...but i think i need to conect both sump...because one takes more water then the other one..

i had to use one off my old pumps...if the sump on the right is taking to much water from the other sump..it pumps it back in to the sump on the left...its ghetto..
