I thought the same thing, Piggy. He's using the standard plastic power strips -- I used to use those, but my equipment melted them and I had to switch to industrial strength metal ones!

He only has one ballast plugged into each strip if that matters.

hes only making it hard on himself by doing that if something goes wrong
