Swollen Lips?

My black and white clownfish lips seem to be swollen. I have searched his body I see no signs of Ich, I am a little worried. Any ideas on what this could be?

Is there anything in your tank that could have stung him? He may have tried to "sample" something and gotten a little sting.

No being that it is a small tank I only have 3 fish. Black and White Clownfish, Black and White Damsel and a False Percula.

The damsel or other clown could have done it. My two clowns get into it once in a while, they swim right towards each other. Like they are playing chicken but neither of them swerve away. They colide right on the mouth.

I think it could have been caused by a number of things -- maybe he tried to bite a bristleworm? If he is still eating, it shouldn't be cause for concern.

Yes he is still eating but it looks like he is struggling a little to get food into his mouth.
