I have done freshwater for a long time and have grown tired of it and have always been jealous of you salty veterans so I am taking the dive into saltwater tanks and starting out very experimental. I dont expect my girlfriend to remain with me through this adventure for she loves fish but doesnt understand what goes into making a beautiful tank beautiful. If we can make it through this together we might just have to get married!!! I have tons of questions (lighting and overflows especially) and looking forward to getting your guys' insight.

Research is the key to success in this hobby, research before you buy!! It will save you so much heart ache. And dont assume what you know about fresh translates to salt, the rules, equipment and fish are very different!
