Tangs!

Are there ant Tangs that will survive and thrive in a 48" 120 gallon tank?

I have both of those in 125.

i have 125 gallon and i have blue hippo, yellow tang, scopas tang.
in my 75 gallon i have tomini tang.

Most tangs will do fine in a 120.

I've got a yellow tang along with 3 other fish in my 58...I think you'll be ok with most any Tang especially if it's the only fish in the tank

Yes it is! One of my favorites. But also sometimes an ick magnet.

I haven't read that yet, but hey, I'm learning stuff on this site all the time :Cheers:

Then again, if my tank is 3' wide and my LR is Structured like an island in the middle of the tank, and my Tang likes to swim around it in circles, then technically he does have 6 circular feet in which to swim :scratchch:

I would have to agree although if the tangs are small enough, a 4 feet 120 will be fine.

A tang is a swimmer and the longer the tank the better. I have a 6 ft tank but I do believe you can get away in a 120. You should be OK.
