Top'-clove polyps
Bottom-I've seen these in my tanks but aren't sure what they are.They always seem to like shady areas of the live rock like sponges.

cool bonus coral... Is there a way to easily move that off of that rock and put it somewhere else?

I don't know of any easy way.You can try to cut one piece off with a razor blade and superglue it somewhere else,see if it lives.

I've got one of those sponges in my tank that has grown from end to the other.Its on all the rocks in the back of the tank,kinda like a cedar trees roots.
