Hi.

Hate to post problems, but i have only 2 fish in my 10 gallon tank. They so small that they have a lot of space each.

Today i noticed the three stripes damsel attacking very badly my clown fish. I took him down to the sump for punishment...

What do you think? it will be gone or should i get rid of him?

well as this is a 10 gallon tank , the first problem would be space.
I imagine you think that both have 5 gallons and both are small.
However these types of fish are very aggressive and take apart of the tank as there own.
So say that damsel has said it wants 9 of the 10 gallons of the tank and the clown also wants 9 of the 10 gallons. Both will fight until either one is dead , or the other hides in a corner , gets sick , causes a pile of problems in the tank and then dies causing more problems.

That damsel needs at least a 30 gallon tank to be happy. Thats the problem.
Suggestion would be to get rid of it and buy another clown as both clowns will do ok in that tank , otherwise with 10 gallons your very limited to the amount of fish you can have. Meaning you can have 1-2 fish max depending on the size and temperment.
