Tiny Snails

    Have had a few of these pop up lately ( see them on rocks / glass / in sump ) I am sure it's like a thanksgiving feast for the clowns and goby.

    any idea on what type they are? I am thinking that there might be some snail-sex going on in the tank when the lights are off.

    There are 2 of the little guys in this pic.

    They in the same family as the turbo snail. Some will stay really small and are stellar cleaners (my personal favorite) but then there is another variety that can get larger and will eat soft corals (called a sundial snail). So just keep an eye on your softies
