Tiny spirals on glass

Sorry I don't have a pic cuz they are teeeeeny!!!
Does anyone know what they might, they are white tiny spirals that seem to cover the glass mostly.

Somebody once told me they were tiny feather dusters that have grabbed onto the glass but i didn't realy beleive that.

If you use a mag float scraper with those things on the glass it can make big scratches.
