Tiny white swirls...(not snail eggs)

    So I've got tons of these little white swirl things all over. I would really like to know what they are and how to get rid of them.

    Note: in the picture, they're yellow because these ones are dead. Ciuldnt get a good pic of the white ones, so pretend they're white please. : )

    They are little hard shelled fan worms, harmless filter feeder. Bitch to get off without a scraper or something.

    Yeah, I had them too. They went away on their own. A real pain in the dick to get off plastic pieces too.

    Aw. I loved mine. The back of my big tank was painted black and it reminded me of stars.

    They're harmless.

    I have them too. Spirorbid snails. They don't bother me.
