is there any smaller triggers than can fit in a 55? im scratching the 11g and going with a 55 people say its easier than a nano,and ive got an empty 1 layin around

No, I have a 90 and wouldn't even put one in a 90. You can buy them small but they grow so fast. I used to have one in my 240. They are one of the fastest growing fish in the hobby (along with groupers).

You could get a Valintini Pufferfish. They are dwarf sized and are similar to a trigger. It would work in a 55 gallon easily.

The Humu is a very slow growing trigger....IF, you got him very small,and IF,you plan on an upgrade in a year....I had my humu in a 75 for a little over a year,in that time it grew an inch at the most.....my clown trigger is a whole different story,i think it grows alittle everynight......

I would look at some type of hawkfish

for a normal reef tank, clowns, dwarf angels, cardinals, gobies

all good choices :)

They say max size around 4" and they are fairly cheap too. I had one and they are full of personality. I did nip at my Clam though.
