Tunze skimmers

Who's using them and what's your opinion? I picked up a used 9001 off Amazon and HOLY SMOKES is that one nice skimmer!!! I put it on yesterday and this morning the skimmer cup was 1/2 full. In the 30+ years of using a skimmer, I have never had a skimmer start to put out waste material the first night.

Red Sea, you REALLY need to rethink the design of your skimmer because it sucks!!

You should try out a reef octopus. You will wonder why there is any other way.

Bought a 9015 today for $100, lol. I'm looking into the Reef Octopus now. I need some VERY large skimmers for the shop, something to handle 5000 litres of water for the runs I want to build and the ones I have now so this is going to be a considerable outlay of capital.
