two tiny white bumps

My male clown fish has two tiny white bumps on him today. I can only see them when the nightlights are on. He is still eating normal. Is this something to be worried about.

i cant get him to stay still long enough you can only see them with the moonlights on

I also dont have a tang the fish is a male clown and has been getting picked on to breed by the female. I am just going to wait and see what happens

I know. Ich is smaller and there is usually a lot of white dots, not 2. I posted that picture because he said "bumps" and the only thing I could think of for white bumps is a yellow tangs tail spike.

he has not really changed in behavior. I have had them for almost a year with no issues. two weeks ago i got an anemone for them and the female loves it. I think he is just a bit stressed from constantly being picked on since she wont let him near the anemone because she wants to mate. I am just going to wait and see. He should be able to fight off what ever it is if it is anything
