Is it a soft coral? Might be a toadstool leather.

Yep...it's soft. Sometimes all the 'spikes' go away---I think when the lights go off. The it's just a bright green blob. Really cool looking....

Looks like a very healthy leather coral. Very nice polyp extension.

Here is it partially closed up for the night. It's the coolest shade of seafoam green (no pun intended!). :)
