unknown stains on glass

So I've started to cut out all of the old silicone, and while clearing out the waste I noticed stains, but not all of them where the silicone used to be.. I tried vinegar and a magic eraser with no success, next is denatured alcohol, which I will have to pick up tomorrow, unless someone has encountered this situation and has a household solution I might already have..

I noticed one other post about stains, and fuel is not an option..

Did you try scraping it with a razor blade?

Yes, new blades, vinegar and magic erasers..

I'm thinking of using jewelers rouge and buffing like crazy.. unless anyone has an easier method :(

Maybe it needs to soak for a bit. Also you may want to stop standing on your head while taking photos. :D
No mater which way I flip my pad the pic is still upside down

Lol, I tried to flip the photo before I added it, tried to mirror it, tried everything, but it was always upside down, and I took the picture normally with a sg3..
