USA Nova Extreme Pro T5 HO Reef Light 20" is lighting enough to keep anemone

Currently runing these lights in my biocube for about two weeks corals look amazing decide
To buy a green long tenacle bubble tip and has not been looking to good my question would that be enough to keep one happy
Below is the lighting I'm runing 2 10k and 4 actinic

Yes it's enough for an anemone. There must be another reason why it's not happy. What are your water parameters?

0 ammonia
10 nitrate
1.029 salinity

Just took it out the tank still does not look any better
