very small creature

I just spotted something very, very small about the size of a tip of a needle. running in and out of a small hole, any idea on what that could be?

Is it white/opaque? Could just be copepods or amphipods. Google them :) Great fish food and overall part of of the cuc :)

yup most chance its a pod or amphipod both are great to have
