Water flow and water turn over ?'s

I am in the process of setting up a 45g DT with a 29g sump below the tank. My return pump will have to push the water from the sump to the top of my tank which is almost 5 feet. I have read that the pump will have to work harder the further up it has to push the water back into the tank. I am leaning towards a good quality submersible pump. My question is a 2 part question. :question:

1st - how strong of a pump should I use (GPH) to have a proper water turn over for my tank, I will eventually have some corals in the tank so I would like to start with a pump that would give sufficient water turn over.

2nd - I will also be adding at least 2 possibly 3 power heads to the tank for water flow. How strong (GPH) should the power heads be.

for the return pump I would look into one of these..

and for the powerheads I would check out theseor something along its lines

if two I would do like 2 750's or so ( could even go 750 and a 1050)
if three then I would do a 750 and two 550's...
you want to try to turn the tank over around 30 to 40 times per hour...
