water for new reef tank

Setting up a 75 gallon reef tank with soft corals
should I get a reverse osmosis system or is my tap water okay?
Here is the latest test from the tap:

Hardness: 50 mg/L (slight to moderate hard)
Ph 7.3
Nitrate+Nitrite-N 5.74
Iron less than 0.05
Manganese less than 0.02
Chloride 37.5
MBAS less than 0.20

Also, I left some water in the tank after I cleaned it and when it evaporated it really left a opaque, almost white film on the bottom glass.
