Trying to get my water quality as good as possible before I add the fish back in after QT. The parms are all 0 and ph is 8.4 temp is 78 and steady. SG is 1.022 check with a refracto
so I add a carbon filter it sits in the drip tray above sump
Also add a uv, which some have said this is good and bad. One thing I have noticed is that all the algee and muck in the fug is disappearing. Is that ok? And I have a eshopp skimmer running 24/7 that is rated for a 150gal.
Is there any thing else I should check or do to make this better?
Water changes are 10 gal a week on a 90gal tank. using reef salt
