Water question

Hello everyone!!
Since I was going to use a dechlorinater (prime) ph buffer (seachem) and ocean direct salt, does it matter which order I put it in to my water? Secondly, since the water tends to evaporate from the aquarium, should I as the ph buffer to my new water or no?

You really should be using ro/di water. There is a lot more than chlorine that needs to be removed.
Why are you using a ph buffer? What is your tank's ph? I usually add additives to my sump.
