water testing color chart

Ive misplaced my color chart for my water testing kit. I hate to order a whole new kit just to get a new chart. Is there a color chart to look at on this site or maybe on another website?

Just ammon, ph, nitrite, nitrate. Mars Fishcare NorthAmerica Inc. is Manuf. on the labels.

Well the colors on your computer screen are going to be different than the colors on the paper. Their different from screen to screen. You may be able to get an idea but its going to make an unreliable test even more unreliable. LFS that test water for customers may have some extras!

Ok. I mean, I basically know the proper colors for good ph and ammon. But if Im oiff a little w/ph being to high or low or ammon without a comparison to go by , could pose problems. I'll try my LFS for an xtra chart,.

I would recommend getting a ph probe or meter. I find the ph test kits to lack the precision required for a reef tank.

You can always call the company for replacement charts. I once lost my cards for my API brand test kit. Called them up, and they immediately sent me replacements, free of charge!
