Wedge's 29gal cube

How have you found the skimmer so far? I had an Octopus skimmer on my 29 gal biocube but it was never filling and caused me two near catastrophic failures when the overflow plugged. I ended up taking it off and the tank has been great. I'm just curious if you're getting any skimmate out? Loving the tank. Take more pics.

It took me about 2 days to get the air adjusted correctly. Had problems with it either wet skimming or not skimming at all. Now It has just the right amount of foam entering and filling the cup. I was a little upset that I had to take the filter out but can live with it. Will just play around here shortly with different media instead of the bio balls they put in there.

Been awhile since I posted. Have done a few updates to the tank. Added some coral and got a new critter.

Zebra stripe Flower nem....or a rock nem if you don't want to put in the fancy name.
