Go to lowes (or your local hardware store) and find a 6500k CFL (Compact Flourescent - the spiral bulb), then go locate a desk lamp that fits. Mine has a flexible neck so I can place it directly over my tank. Make sure that the fixture is rated appropriately for the bulb you are going to use so that it doesn't overheat.
