What are these things in my tank?

Getting small white hard dotts in groups. Like hard calcium deposits. What are they please....

Are they bad? Should I remove them / treat my tank?

They are little filter feeders. They are fine, dont do any damage, they will start to go away in an established tank. They are only normally around when you first start up.
