I'm totally ripping off the Recipe's post but what are some of things that you eat all the time (not once I ate Monkey Brains) that when people hear about them people think it's odd or preculiar. I'll start because I have a few.

    1. I put peanut butter on my pancakes instead of regular butter. I think this may be a southern thing, me and all my siblings get it from our father, but I've never seen anyone else outside of our family eat it. My kids do it too, but my wife won't touch it. She doesn't know what she's missing.

    2. When i want a quick snack, I'll mash up some tostito's in a bowl, pour some of that cheese in a jar on them, put in about 15 jalapeno slices, mix it all together drizzle some honey on it and microwave for 1 minute. I love it, it freaks my wife out.

    3. If I'm making a sandwich I'll slice up some red deilcious apple and put it in the sandwich... crunchy and sweet, love it. you've gotta eat it quick though because the bread gets a little wet.

    4. I eat Cap'n Crunch at night out of a medium sized sauce pan. Basically filled to the top, and a giant spoon.

From what I've read, I think most of you have better eating habits than I do, but that's how I roll! :D

I love to eat a bowl of brussel sprouts in butter sauce while I take a bath. I pop them like candy. I just get a craving for them when I'm in the tub.

My last resort dinner meal when nothing else is appetizing to me is baked chicken wings, with rice and a veggie -- if it's brussel sprouts and asparagus, I like it baked in olive oil, sprinkled w/ some salt and pepper; if it's spinach, i like it steamed.

My current breakfast of choice is garlic fried rice (see a patterN??), sunny-side-up egg, and 2 pieces of bacon...plus coffee :) I eat this every morning....at least for now. Before that, it was toast instead of rice LOL

+1 on the fried gizzards.I like chicken livers to.
I guess my all time favorite is cornbread and buttermilk ( got that from my grand pa ).
    Followed by:
    Sardines and Ritz crackers
    Sous meat on saltine crackers
When I eat a bowl of corn flakes,I use orange juice instead of milk.

    Yote reminded me of another...

breaking up cornbread, putting it in a glass and filling the glass with milk...MMMMMM.

Here's another that I always found fascinating as a kid....again, this may be a southern thing. My Grandpa and Grandma in KY would have a cup of coffee and a saucer under the cup. They would add whatever they liked into the coffee, and then in very small amounts pour the coffee from the cup into the saucer and then slurp it from the saucer...I loved watching them do it as a kid, but if you think about it, it's weird as hell.

I do cold peanut butter cups too. I actually had 2 tonight.

For cupcakes I make them into a sandwich. I tear the cake part in half and put it on top like a hamburger. Everyone I have shown this now does it. It makes the cupcake more symmetrical in flavor and keeps the icing from going on your nose.

One of my weird ones is that I make a mix of cottage cheese and hot sauce and use it as a dip for Doritos. I really like grilled SPAM and cheese sandwiches too.

I have done that... try putting some hersheys chocolate syrup on top of the pancakes smothered with peanut butter.

I make what I call Oreo cereal.

Take a whole row of Oreos crush them in a bowl and add milk.

I also sometimes eat two dinners. One right when i get home from work and then an hour or two later after my wife gets home.

I eat raw carrots and broccoli by the pound, nearly every day, totally plain (no ranch for me).

If I'm really depressed, I buy ritz and canned oysters. The rest of my eating habits are pretty normal comparatively

I put catchup in mymashed taters. And nothing beats 5 slices of kraft and a cold glass of 2% at 2 in the morning.

Tried head cheese for the first time last night. Not bad.
