What brand Heater do you recommend

Hi peoples!

I hear horror stories of heaters all too often.

So my question is. Which brand do you recommend? Which brand do you suggest to stay away from?

I use a brand called viaaqua, has trouble with a few from different places including wal mart brand. Some marineland stealth heaters have been recalled in the past so you may wanna check their site out and see of it's still beign recalled

Ps always have a backup

I use these great heater no issues so far..Finnex TH titanium aquarium heaters and HC800U controllers

I use the ViaAqua Titanium heater 300W with control and sensor module, I had the marineland and it died out on me after 3 days. so far so good.

The titanium heaters tend to be more reliable. Forget glass.

I like this idea.

But it seems like it only shuts off when it's too late. Is there a controller that shuts off heater at a lower range?
