I just purcheased some live rocks and one piece has 3 small shrooms on it. I'm not sure what they are. Green inside and purple outside.

    What do I feed them?

Or will they eat trace elements and other microscopic organisms in the water?

    Thanks

Nothing! They don't need any feeding.

I agree. I have some in my tank and feed them nothing and they have been fine for almost a year now.

I have the exact same on come with one of my LR and after 4 months, new one sprouted up right next to it. Didn't do anthing special... as a matter of fact, it was one of the first LR that I added, and survived the entire cycling process!!! Tough little suckers! Enjoy!

I feed nothing at all.Low to moderate light and nutrient in the water column is all they need.
