What do YOU feed your corals?

phew... I was trying to figure out how to shut off the skimmer when doing that, my skimmer plug is not that easy to get to. I only shut it off about once a month when I clean the whole thing. I dont even shut it off when I empty/clean the cup ( about once a week )

does dosing the Phyto-Feast increase phosphates? Their web site does not mention anything about it.

What I am doing, which might be wrong, is use a 60ml syringe. I put 1/4 tsp of PhytoPlan into the syringe, suck up tank water and about 2 ml of air and shake to mix. Then I spray it down over the Zoa's and Favia's. Then I refill the syringe with water and air and mix what is left stuck to the sides. I shoot that into the power heads and let it go throughout the tank. My Polyps eat whatever the fish don't. A mix of different frozen foods. Polyps feed daily with the fish, I do the injection feeding every third day. I never shut off anything.

Sound like a decent way of doing it?

It should not contain phosphates. Most foods do not.
