I bought my first anomones almost a week ago--and my bubble tip is
wedged into a rock and it is so closed it almost doesn't even look wet.
My water parameters are good. I am just wondering if it is dieing
    Thanks

No, it is not dying. Most likely it is going through a normal process
of water expelling - it will repump back itself soon. Be patient.
Dead anemone shows very quicky tissue decomposition...
Until this will start happening leave it alone and wait patiently.

BTW - Have you got a chance to feed it since you purchased it ?
You know these animals NEED to eat meaty morsel at least once a week...

It's normal for them to pull in from time to time.

A dying anemone starts falling appart, and it's mouth
    gapes wide open.

How is your anemone doing today, Monica ?

What is meaty morsel? I haven't gotten a clear indication from my
reading about anemones as to how much they should be fed. I've heard
that some people don't feed them directly at all, and instead allow
their anemones to pick up any remnants of food that are floating around
the tank after fish have been fed.
